These terms govern access to the DripTell website and services. DripTell provides customer messaging, inbox, campaigns, templates, automation, AI and related workflow capabilities.

These terms govern access to the DripTell website and services. DripTell provides customer messaging, inbox, campaigns, templates, automation, AI and related workflow capabilities.
Customers must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, keep details current and notify DripTell of unauthorized access.
The service may not be used for illegal activity, unsolicited messaging, harassment, malicious content, infringement, fraud or activity that harms the platform or other users.
Customers are responsible for complying with WhatsApp Business, Commerce and applicable platform policies, including customer consent and message category requirements.
Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Customers authorize applicable charges and remain responsible for usage, platform pass-through charges and add-ons.
DripTell retains rights to the service, brand and platform materials. Customers retain rights to content they provide and grant the limited rights needed to operate the service.
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Service availability and support are provided according to the selected plan and reasonable maintenance needs.
Customers may cancel under their billing terms. DripTell may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, policy violations, illegal activity or material breach.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Customers remain responsible for their use, content, legal compliance and third-party rights.
