Set up the workspace around the way your team will operate it.

A DripTell workspace contains channels, contacts, inbox, templates, campaigns, automation, team members and integrations.

Set up the workspace around the way your team will operate it.

Create or choose the workspace.

Sign in at app.driptell.com, create the workspace and confirm the company name, timezone and organization details.

  • Use the operating company name
  • Set the timezone used for campaigns and working-day delays
  • Confirm the workspace owner

Invite the team deliberately.

Add teammates, choose owner, manager or agent roles and narrow module, channel or contact access where needed.

  • Assign the minimum useful access
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Decide who owns inbox triage

Connect the first channel.

Open channel settings and follow the connection flow. After connection, confirm identity, quality and template state before sending.

Check the operation before launch.

Make sure contacts have valid identities and consent, templates are approved and teammates understand ownership and handoff.
