Every conversation. One clear next step.

DripTell brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and web chat into one workspace, with shared ownership, customer context, automation and AI assistance.

Preview · Controlled pilot

See what happened after the customer messaged.

Customer Journey brings the recorded path from enquiry source to replies, accepted handoffs, bookings and checked outcomes into one clear report—without turning activity into claims the data cannot support.

Controlled-pilot availability is limited. The report uses recorded evidence and does not yet provide verified sales or revenue attribution.

What the report keeps separate

A clearer record of what happened—and what did not.

01

Find the starting point without guessing.

Filter the selected reporting period by channel, WhatsApp number and enquiry source. The overview shows only customer journeys supported by recorded customer, message, lead, appointment and explicit journey events.

02

See who acted and when.

Open a journey to review customer, teammate, AI and automation activity in sequence. Qualification, an explicitly accepted handoff, a booking and a completed appointment remain separate events instead of being collapsed into one vague conversion metric.

03

Separate activity from outcomes.

A teammate can record a result only after checking it. The report does not infer revenue from lead stages, assignments or message activity, and verified sales and client revenue remain labelled Not connected until authoritative attribution exists.

Recorded evidence, not estimates

Move from the source to the checked outcome.

Start with the selected date, channel, WhatsApp number and enquiry source. Open one conversation to review the actors and events that were actually recorded, then add only a result a teammate has checked.

Customer, teammate, AI and automation activity remain distinguishable.

Qualification, accepted handoffs, bookings and completed appointments remain separate measures.

Local feedback appears beside Record result, without sending a message or changing a workflow.

The report keeps its boundaries visible.

Questions teams ask before they connect the workflow.

What does Customer Journey report?

It reports the recorded path from an enquiry source through customer, teammate, AI and automation activity, including distinct qualification, accepted handoff, booking and completed-appointment events when those records exist.

Does the report change messages or workflows?

No. The Customer Journey report reads existing records and explicit journal events. Recording a checked result adds history; it does not send a message, move a lead stage or change an automation.

Does assigning a conversation count as a handoff?

No. Assignment alone is not treated as an accepted handoff. The report counts an accepted handoff only when that event is explicitly recorded.

Does Customer Journey report sales or revenue?

Not currently. Verified sales and client revenue are shown as Not connected because DripTell does not infer them from lead stages or conversation activity.

Who can join the controlled pilot?

Eligible workspace owners and managers can ask DripTell about the controlled pilot. Suitability depends on the workspace, available records and the current rollout stage.
