Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective August 14, 2026. This policy explains how cancellation, renewal, refund and billing-correction requests are handled for DripTell subscriptions and paid services.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope and statutory rights

This policy applies to purchases made directly from DripTell. It does not exclude, restrict or replace any refund, repair, re-performance or other remedy that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law. If a signed order form or mandatory law gives a customer greater rights, those terms prevail.

2. Free trials

An eligible new account may use the stated trial period before choosing a paid plan. Unless the signup screen or an accepted order form clearly says otherwise, a trial does not create a refundable cash balance. Customers should cancel any trial that is set to convert before the disclosed conversion time to avoid the first subscription charge.

3. Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable

Except where applicable law, this policy or a signed order form requires otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. DripTell does not normally provide refunds or credits for a change of mind, unused time, partial months, unused seats, unused plan capacity, delayed account setup caused by the customer, or a downgrade or cancellation made after renewal.

4. Cancellation and renewal

A customer may cancel a self-service subscription through the available account controls or by contacting support@driptell.com. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues until then unless the account is terminated earlier for security, legal or policy reasons. A cancellation request must be received before the next charge is created to prevent that renewal.

5. Usage, channel and third-party charges

Messaging, AI calling, telephony, Meta, carrier, payment-provider and other metered or pass-through charges are based on usage already incurred. These charges are generally non-refundable once accepted or billed by the underlying provider, unless the provider reverses the charge, DripTell made a billing error, or applicable law requires a different result.

6. Upgrades, downgrades and prepaid terms

Upgrade charges may be prorated or applied immediately as shown at checkout or in the order form. A downgrade normally applies from the next renewal. Prepaid monthly, annual and committed-term fees are not refunded for unused time merely because the customer stops using the service before the term ends.

7. When DripTell will review a refund or credit

DripTell will review a request involving a duplicate charge, a demonstrable DripTell billing error, a paid service that was materially defective or not provided as agreed and could not be corrected, a written contractual entitlement, or a remedy required by applicable law. Any discretionary service credit is not an admission of liability and does not create an entitlement to future credits.

  • Duplicate or incorrect DripTell charges
  • A qualifying service defect or material failure to provide the purchased service
  • A refund right stated in a signed order form or required by applicable law

8. How to request a billing review

Email support@driptell.com with the workspace name, invoice or transaction reference, charge date, amount and a concise explanation. Customers should report a suspected billing error within 14 calendar days where reasonably possible so it can be investigated promptly. This reporting period does not shorten any longer right provided by law.

9. Approved refunds

An approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method. Bank, card-network, currency-conversion and payment-provider processing times are outside DripTell's control. Taxes and third-party fees will be handled according to the original invoice, provider reversal and applicable law.

10. Enterprise orders and policy updates

A signed order form, statement of work or enterprise agreement may contain different cancellation, commitment, credit or refund terms and will control for that purchase. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date. Questions can be sent to support@driptell.com.
