Each attempt to send a message counts, including failed sends and retries. Allowances reset with subscription renewal. At the limit, Lite pauses all outgoing messages; Starter, Business and Scale pause marketing and scheduled follow-ups only. Incoming messages are still saved, with no automatic extra charges for reaching the limit.

When stored-contact capacity is reached, incoming enquiries are still saved. Adding or importing more contacts requires available capacity or a plan upgrade.

Are Meta message charges included?

WhatsApp and other provider message charges are separate from the DripTell subscription and monthly message limits.

How is AI usage priced?

AI replies use the allowance configured for the workspace. AI Calls use prepaid credits and remain separate from the monthly subscription, with no automatic paid top-ups.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. A voluntary change goes through billing and capacity checks. Existing customers keep their price, benefits, renewal date and original WhatsApp message allowance unless they confirm a switch. Unlimited legacy packages stay unlimited.

What counts toward the monthly message limit?

Each attempt to send counts, including failed sends and retries. Starter, Business and Scale count marketing and scheduled follow-ups, while Lite counts staff, AI, campaign and automated messages across connected channels. The allowance resets with subscription renewal.

What happens when the message limit is reached?

Incoming messages are still saved and there are no automatic extra charges. Lite pauses all outgoing messages until renewal or upgrade. Starter, Business and Scale pause marketing and scheduled follow-ups while regular inbox replies remain available.

Is there a Forever Free plan?

Yes. Forever Free has no DripTell subscription fee or expiry and does not require a card. It includes one owner, one eligible WhatsApp number, up to 500 contacts and 500 outgoing WhatsApp messages from DripTell per calendar month. WhatsApp messaging fees may still apply separately.
