Customer conversation platform

Every conversation. One clear next step.

DripTell brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and web chat into one workspace, with shared ownership, customer context, automation and AI assistance.

You are viewing the compatibility version because this browser does not support the modern website presentation. This is the public DripTell website; no customer workspace or account data is shown.

Your WhatsApp inbox Free forever

Free forever for your first WhatsApp inbox

This is a working starting point, not a countdown to a paid plan. One owner can reply from a basic WhatsApp inbox, organise leads and keep up to 500 contacts without a DripTell subscription fee or expiry.

One owner and one WhatsApp number

Basic inbox replies and lead management

500 outgoing WhatsApp messages from DripTell each calendar month

10 optional AI reply attempts once per workspace

Access remains subject to account safety and applicable terms. The plan does not convert to a paid subscription automatically.

A practical first customer workflow

Imagine a customer asks on WhatsApp whether an item is available. The owner sees the enquiry, saves the person as a lead, replies from the shared record and keeps the conversation ready for the next follow-up. It is a useful place to begin before a larger team needs campaigns, routing or integrations.

Incoming enquiries remain saved

The owner can manage replies and lead context together

Upgrade is voluntary when more people, channels or automation are needed

Know exactly what counts

Every outgoing portal send counts, including failed sends, retries and optional AI sample replies. A message sent to 500 recipients uses 500 sends. The allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, which is 04:00 in Dubai, and unused messages do not roll over.

At 500 sends, outgoing portal messaging pauses until reset or a voluntary upgrade

Messages sent directly from the phone app and imported Coexistence history do not use the portal allowance

At 500 contacts, manual creation and imports pause while incoming enquiries remain saved

Choosing Free after a trial does not reset sends already used that month

The 10 AI reply attempts are a one-time workspace sample. They do not renew monthly, and failed generation or delivery still counts.

Keep the phone app where Coexistence is eligible

Coexistence can let an eligible business keep using the WhatsApp Business phone app while connecting DripTell. Availability depends on checks for the number and provider, so connection is not guaranteed for every account.

Do not delete the phone app or disconnect another provider just to begin

A separate reviewed migration process is needed if the current setup must change

Existing paid subscriptions, bills, number licences and other services are reviewed before any move to Free

Nothing is automatically disconnected or deleted

Questions teams ask before they connect the workflow.

Does Forever Free expire?

No. There is no DripTell subscription fee or expiry and no automatic conversion to a paid plan. Access remains subject to account safety and applicable terms.

Do I need a card?

No. Forever Free does not require a payment card. A card or another payment method is needed only if you voluntarily choose a paid service later.

Are WhatsApp messaging fees included?

No. WhatsApp messaging fees may apply separately. Free refers to the DripTell subscription, not a promise that all WhatsApp message delivery is free.

What happens after 500 outgoing messages?

Outgoing portal sending pauses until the monthly reset or a voluntary upgrade. Incoming messages and enquiries remain saved, and reaching the limit does not create an automatic charge.

When does the message allowance reset?

It resets on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, or 04:00 Dubai time. Unused messages do not roll over, and selecting Free after a trial does not reset that month's earlier portal sends.

How does the AI sample work?

It is an optional set of 10 AI reply attempts for the workspace and is configured from Billing. It does not renew each month. Failed generation or delivery attempts count, and there are no automatic paid AI top-ups.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Upgrade voluntarily when you need more people, channels, contacts, messages, integrations or automation. Existing paid subscriptions are not overwritten through the Free page, and active bills or services must be reviewed first.

Can every WhatsApp number use Coexistence?

No. Eligibility depends on the number and provider checks. Where it is available, Coexistence can let you keep using the WhatsApp Business phone app while connecting DripTell.

Start small. Upgrade when you need more.

Use the inbox for real customer conversations, then choose a paid plan only when your team needs more channels, capacity or automation.

WhatsApp messaging fees may apply separately. Free refers to the DripTell subscription, not a promise that all WhatsApp message delivery is free.
