No public tool can do that reliably within WhatsApp's rules. The number checker confirms the number is valid and mobile, and gives you a chat link to confirm. At scale, delivery reports from the WhatsApp Business Platform are the honest answer.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API to use these tools?
